Arguments

data: Gene expression data.
metadata: Metadata.
metadata_column: Column in metadata.
log_fc_threshold: Log fc threshold.
min.pct: Minimum percentage of cells a gene must be expressed in to be tested.
test.use: Test to use.
out_path: output path.
write: Boolean to write or not.
log_file: log file.
